Reminders to stay in touch

You meant to message them back. That was three weeks ago. Rappel reminds you to contact the people who matter โ€” and opens the app you chose to do it in.

Rappel never sends a message or places a call for you. Not automatically, not in the background, not ever. It opens the app you picked, with the right person, and gets out of the way. What you say stays yours to write.

How it works

Set a reminder to call your mum on Sunday, check in on a friend who has gone quiet, or reply to the message you keep swiping past. When the time comes, Rappel nudges you and opens the right app โ€” WhatsApp, Phone, SMS, Telegram, Signal, Gmail, Slack and more.

Works without an account, and without signal

Reminders are stored on your device and fire from your device. No internet needed, no account needed. Close the app, go offline, put your phone in a drawer โ€” the reminder still arrives.

Signing in is optional. It is what enables cloud backup, syncing between your devices, and sharing a reminder with a friend so you both get nudged.

Your data stays yours

No ads, no trackers, no advertising ID. Cloud sync only happens if you turn it on. You can export everything you have stored, delete individual reminders, or delete your account and its data from inside the app.
